Soup Mix Recipes:
Chicken-Bacon Corn Chowder
INGREDIENTS:
- Wind & Willow Roasted Corn Chowder Soup Mix
- 8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare according to package directions, stirring in bacon and chicken during
last several minutes to heat through.
Mexican Corn Soup
INGREDIENTS:
- Wind & Willow Roasted Corn Chowder Soup Mix
- 6 cups water
- 8 oz. shredded cheese (jack or your choice)
- 10 oz. cans Rotel tomatoes (tomatoes and green chilies)
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare soup as directed on package with the 6 cups water. Stir in cheese, tomatoes
and green chilies. Stir until well blended. Serve with tortilla chips.
Seafood Bisque
INGREDIENTS:
- Wind & Willow Roasted Corn Chowder Soup Mix
- 8 oz. canned lump crab, drained well
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare according to package directions with addition of Old Bay seasoning;
stir in crab and continue cooking until heated through.
